Burak Deniz

Burak Deniz has been actively engaged in investment banking since 2016, with extensive expertise in investment appraisal, financing and syndication arrangement, operational improvement, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), institutionalization of family-owned enterprises, financial crisis management, strategic management advisory, and artificial intelligence integration processes.

Deniz began his career at the Valuation department of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory Services, subsequently joining the Corporate Finance (M&A) and Financial Advisory teams at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB). In the ensuing period, he served as a Senior Associate at Servo Capital Advisors and as Manager of Strategic Investments at Akbank. To date, he has played an active role in over 100 corporate finance projects with a combined transaction value of approximately USD 3 billion, successfully managing end-to-end deal processes.

Burak Deniz commenced his education at Şişli Terakki Primary School in 1999. In 2017, he graduated with high honors from Istanbul Bilgi University with a double major in Civil Engineering and Economics, and completed finance coursework at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
